A really nice flavor and no raw eggs. Super easy to make and it lasts for at least two weeks in the fridge. It’s a winner in my book!
~ 5 anchovies, cut thinly (or 1 tsp anchovy paste)
~ 3 cloves garlic, minced
~ 3/4-1 cup mayo
~ 3 Tbsp Parmigiano cheese
~ 1 Tbsp lemon juice
~ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
~ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
~ Salt, pepper
Mix all together, cover with plastic wrap or place in a container and store it in the fridge.
