Decadent Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

One bite and you will be in love! Gooey and flavorful with a nice crunch is the best way to describe these cookies. A coat of icing sugar gives a unique look and adds to the flavor. A must try!

~ 1 cup flour
~ 1/2 tsp baking soda
~ Pinch of salt
~ 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
~ 1 stick of butter (semi-cold)
~ 1/2 cup sugar
~ 1/4 cup brown sugar
~ 2 eggs
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ 1 tsp Grand Marnier
~ 1/2 tsp espresso coffee or instant coffee
~ 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
~ About 1/2 cup icing sugar

Flour Mixture: In a bowl sift flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.

In the mixer bowl with paddle attachment, thinly slice the butter and add both sugars. Mix on medium-high speed for about 3-4 minutes, or until light and fluffy.
While mixer working on slow, add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla, Grand Marnier, and coffee.
Add flour mixture (in two batches).
Fold in chocolate chips.
Cover the bowl and place cookie dough in the fridge for 20 min.

In a dish or bowl sift icing sugar.
Make small balls from cookie dough and roll each ball in icing sugar.
Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 10 min.
Let them cool off and then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes: Store in container.
